Es ist auch noch eine küchenzeile vorhanden die übernommen werde kann. ÜbernahmePreis für die Küche 300€. Die Spülmaschine ist leider defekt. Die warmmiete beträgt zur Zeit 950,—€. Bei Interesse kann ich den Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung herstellen. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Im Hinterhof gibt es Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten die verschlossenen sind. Es gibt auch einen Keller. Die Wohnung ist im DG und wurde vor etwa 5Jahren komplette saniert. Für die Kaution kann man auch eine Bankbürgschaft hinterlegen.
