Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80m2, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist wie neu (das Haus wurde vor 3 Jahren erbaut). Sie setzt sich zusammen aus einem großen, offenen Wohnzimmer mit einer tollen Fensterfront, einer hellen Küche in der jedes noch so unwichtige Küchengerät vorhanden ist sowie eine nette Frühstücksecke, einem Schlafzimmer mit 13,5m2, einem Arbeitszimmer mit 11,5m2, welches sich auch zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umfunktionieren ließe, einem Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine und einer seperaten Toilette. Alle Räume sind über das Wohnzimmer begehbar.
Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung rundherum einen schönen Garten mit Blümchen und Himbeeren/Erdbeeren, wer möchte kann seine Frühstück auch in der Morgensonne genießen. Der Garten ist über Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer begehbar.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ich werde meine persönlichen Dinge ausräumen, damit du Platz zum Entfalten hast und dich zuhause fühlen kannst :) WLAN, Satellitenfernsehen (sowie ein Fernseher) und Unterhaltskosten sind in den insgesamt 700€ inkludiert.

The flat has 80m2, is located on the ground floor and is totally new (it was build 3 years ago). It has a big and open living room, a beautiful light kitchen with every kitchen equipment you need (and probably don’t need), a bedroom that has 13,5m2, an office that you can also use as a second bedroom if you want to share the apartment with 11,5m2, a bathroom with a shower tub and a washing machine and a separate toilet. The single rooms are all accessible through the living room.
The accommodation also features a cute garden with raspberries, strawberries and flowers. So you can enjoy your breakfast outside in the sun if you want to. The garden is accessible through the living room, kitchen and the bedroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and I will take out all my personal stuff, so that you have enough space to feel at home :) WLAN, satellite TV and maintenance costs are included!
Morelligasse 8, 1210 Wien, 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn- und Schnellbahnstation Floridsdorf entfernt. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten kommt man ins Stadtzentrum, zur Universität benötigt man ca. 25 Minuten und zur FH Wien braucht man 20 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten von der Alten Donau entfernt, bei der man im Sommer super in der Sonne relaxen oder auch im Wasser schwimmen kann. Außerdem ist man sofort auf der Donauinsel, dem grünen Paradies Wiens.
Ein Billa ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. 3 Minuten zu Fuß und man befindet sich bei einem großen Spar.

The flat is located in Morelligasse 8, 1210 Vienna, 7 minutes away from U6 and trainstation Floridsdorf. To get to the city center you need approximately 20 Minutes. To University Vienna it takes 25 Minutes by train (Floridsdorf to Praterstern) and metro (U2 Praterstern to Schottentor). To FH Wien you also need 20 Minutes (U6 to Währinger Straße).
The flat is 5 minutes away from the “Alte Donau”, the danube, where in the summer you can relax in the sun and swim in the warm water. Or you can go for a walk on the “Donauinsel”, the green paradise of Vienna. The house is located on a one-way street on the one side and a dead end on the other side. So it is very quiet.
A supermarket (Billa) is directly on the other side of the street. There is also a Spar 3 Minutes away.
Wen suche ich?
Ich suche ein Pärchen oder eine bzw. zwei Personen, die eine Unterkunft für ca. ein halbes Jahr brauchen (August bis Ende Dezember). Du rauchst nicht in der Wohnung, magst es sauber und behandelst die Wohnung als wäre sie deine eigene. Das Apartment gehört meiner Großmutter und ihr Plan ist es, einmal hier einzuziehen, sobald sie nicht mehr so gut Treppensteigen kann, und hier ihren Lebensabend zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt ihr also wirklich sehr am Herzen! Deswegen suchen sie und ich eine verlässliche und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die darauf verzichtet, große exzessive Homepartys zu schmeißen und damit einverstanden ist, in den Sommermonaten den Rasen zu mähen (von Juli bzw. August bis max. Mitte Oktober, alle 2-3 Wochen, dauert ca. 30 Min.) und den Garten zu gießen. Solltest du mal für mehrere Tage nicht zuhause und das Wetter sehr heiß sein, sag mir einfach Bescheid, dann organisiere ich jemanden, der sich in dieser Zeit um den Garten kümmert.

Who am I looking for?
I am looking for a single person, a couple or two students/adults who want to share an apartment for half a year (August to end of December). You don’t smoke inside, you like it clean and you treat this apartment like it was your own. The flat is owned by my grandmother and the plan is that she is going to live here once she can’t walk that good anymore. It is her little baby and she, as well as I am, is looking for a person that is responsible, reliable, does not throw a big, excessive party in the apartment and who is okay with mowing the lawn (July/August until mids of October, every 2 to 3 weeks, takes half an hour) and to water the garden in the summer months. If you are out of town for more than a few days and it’s superhot in that time, you can just tell me and I will find someone to take care of the garden!
