Renting out my newly renovated flat in the 17th district. It's suitable for 2 person.
It has a small sleeping room and a big living room with a Sofa and foldable bed. Short term or long term rent is possible.
Bed size 90-160/200m in the sleeping room.
Table in the living room can extended to a dining table for 10 People, 4 chairs are also included.
Tramway 2,9, 44,43 are a few minutes walk away.
Distance to City center: 20 min with tram
Distance to University of Vienna: 20 min with tram
Distance to WU Vienna: 20 with tram and 10 min with metro
Rent is included with furniture, all other costs: Gas, electricity, internet are aboout 100 euro per month for one person and 130 for two person.

It as quiet neighborhood, with really good transport system.
The next supermarket is 6 min away by walking and is called " Billa Plus" at street Geblergasse, where you can have a huge choice of food and groceries.
"Brunnenmarkt" a huge grocery market is 7 min away with tram 2 or 15 min by walking.
There, at "Yppenplatz" you can find also a of cafes and bars, where a lot of international students and people hange out and which has a special Viennese flair.
There is a gast station with a 24 hours shop 2 min away walking.
Tramway 2 is just in front of the building, 2 min away
Tramway 44 is 5 min away and goes directly to the main university of Vienna
Tramway 43 is 7 min away and goes directly to the main university of Vienna
To WU Wien it takes you 30 min with tram 43 and metro 2 from Schottentor
It takes you 15 min with tram 43 to last station Neuwaldegg where you are in the forest of Vienna.
There is also a big swimming pool 10 min away with tram or 15 min walking, it is called " Kongressbad" which is really nice for hot summer days and for swimming.
Tramway 2 leads you direclty to the opera in 20 min or to the ring in 15 min.
