Meine gemütliche 40m2 Wohnung in Wien ist ab Mitte März für 6 Monate zu vermieten, länger möglich. Sie ist zentral gelegen (Albertgasse, Nähe U6 Alserstrasse, Straßenbahn 43, 44, 2, 5, 33, Bus 13A), möbliert und kostet 550€ inklusive allem (Miete, Strom, Internet, etc).
Kleine Highlights: ausgezeichnete Lage, ein Pawlatschen-Balkon mit Blumenkistl zum kleinen Gärtnern, sehr ruhig da Hoflage, Badewanne.
Aufbau der Wohnung: Garderobe als kleiner Raum, durch diese kommt man in den großen Wohnbereich, dann weiter in ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett, darunter „begehbarem Kleiderschrank“ und weiter in ein kleines Bad.

My cosy 40m2 apartment in Vienna is available to rent for 6 months starting 10th March (later/earlier if needed, longer if needed). The apartment lies very centrally in the 8th district (Albertgasse, near U6 Alserstrasse, tram 43, 44, 2, 5, 33, bus 13A), fully furnished and costs 550€ all inclusive (rent, electricity, internet, etc).
Highlights: great location, balcony with flower box, very quiet, bath tub.
When you enter the apartment through the balcony, you get into a small room that is the wardrobe, through which you enter the big living area, then a smaller bed room with a loft bed, underneath you have a “walk-in wardrobe” and in the next room the bathroom.
