I am looking for somebody taking over my 50m2 Apartment in the 2nd district. It’s a nice, bright and quiet place, with modern kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 separate rooms (21m2 and 10m2 ) that are currently used as bedroom and living room. It is perfect for singles and couples, but can also be used as a shared space. The Apt. is easy to reach with public transport and very close to Prater (5 min subwayride to Stephansdom, 10 mins to Karlsplatz, 7min to University). There will be no agency fees (Provision).
