The apartment is very bright and cosy, about 50m2 big (entrance, bathroom, toillette, kitchen, living room, sleeping room) A perfect place for students or couples ;)
Die Umgebung ist sehr lebendig. Innerhalb 5min Gehdistanz findet man Top Restaurants (Skopik & Lohn, Okra Sushi), aber auch eine der besten Pizzerien von Wien (Pizzeria Mari, Pizzaquartier) und süße Kaffehäuschen (Cafemima am Markt) vor.
Der nahe Augarten Park bietet sich an wenn man ein bißchen Grün sucht und falls man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, gibt es einen wirklich großzügigen Spielplatz und im Sommer Schwimmbad für Kinder(kostenlos für Kinder!).
Der nahe Donaukanal ist besonders im Sommer beliebt da es dort einige "Beach Bars" gibt. Besonders der Tel Aviv Beach ist beliebt und empfehlenswert - nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Sehr zentrale Lage,U2 -Taborstraße(2Min); Straßenbahn 2 (2Min); U4/U1 (6Min)

I would like to notice, that you can also book this place also only for a few months. But also up to 3 years (of course can be extanded )
The apartment is fully furnished, the only thing you need is your suitcase. If needed I can also organize cleaning lady and fresh towels every day (extra costs).
The price of the apartment is without electricity and the heating, Wich depends individually.
