Die Wohnung ist definitiv WG tauglich, wird man sich mit der Zimmeraufteilung einig, klappt es auch sehr gut zu dritt.
Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral, nahe der U4 Station Margaretengürtel.
Innerhalb von nur wenigen Minuten gelangt man ins Zentrum, aber auch zum Schloss Schönbrunn ist es nicht weit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Postamt etc. befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür und auch West-/ bzw. Hauptbahnhof sind sehr gut erreichbar.
