Das Haus ist sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, 2 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof, allerdings in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Direkt neben der Kirche Maria vom Siege.
- Öffis: U6, U3, S-Bahn, Straßenbahnen 52, 58, 6 und 18 fast vor der Haustür.
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny, Hofer, Bipa, Merkur, Lidl, Shopping Center am Westbahnhof (bis 21 Uhr offen)
Persönliche Besichtigung bis Ende Juni jederzeit möglich.
Einzugsbereit ab 30. Juni.
