helle Dachgeschosswohnung in Meidling für 1 Monat

Hey!

Mein Freund und ich wohnen seit September in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung.
Wir suchen zwei (oder eine) liebe Personen, die vom 21.03. bis zum 20.4. hier übergangsweise einziehen möchten.
Da im Hauptwohnraum ein paar sehr wertvolle Instrumente sind und wir unsere Wohnung sehr lieb haben, ist uns wichtig, dass du/ihr sauber und zuverlässig seid. Musiker*innen sind sehr herzlich willkommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt mit einem großen Wohnraum mit sehr hohen Decken, offener Küche (die gerade ganz neu gemacht wurde) im Wohnraum, einem Schlafzimmer mit extra Kleiderschrankraum, Bad, großer Eingangsbereich, WC und ein Balkon mit Sicht auf die Dächer Meidlings. :)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben eine Espresso Kaffeemaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine haben wir keine eigene, da es im Keller des Hauses einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, der aber erst im Halbstock ist also leider nicht barrierefrei.
Unsere Möbel bleiben alle in der Wohnung und da wir nur mit Rucksack verreisen, werden auch persönliche Gegenstände und evtl. etwas an Kleidung hier bleiben. Wir werden aber soviel wie möglich Freiraum für euch/dich schaffen.
Dank Dachgeschoss und viel Fenster scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag in den großen Wohnbereich.
Die U4 Meidling Hauptstraße ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Spar, Billa, Hofer ist alles in 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß.

My boyfriend and me moved into this beautiful flat in September.
We are looking for one or two people to live here temporarily (21st of March - 20th of April).
As we have some very valuable instruments in the living room, we are looking for someone who we can trust and who is tidy and clean. Musicians are very welcome!
The appartement is divided in entrance hall, toilet, a big and very open living room with a newly built kitchen, extra bedroom with a small room for wardrobes, bathroom and balcony.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher. We don't have a washing machine, as there is a washing room in the basement of the house with washing machine and dryer which not many people are using.
There is an elevator, but from the front door you have to take one small stair so it's not completely barrier free.
Our interior stays in the appartement and also some personal things will still be here, but we will make room for you to live here conveniently.
As the appartement is on the top floor, the sun comes in the whole day.
The Metrostation U4 Meidling Haupstraße is in 3 min. walking distance. Spar, Billa, Hofer are all in 3-10 mins.
