Wir sind im sommer am arbeiten leider und vermieten deshalb unsere Wohnung unter!
Sie liegt direkt an der LugnerCity, also 3min von Burggasse entfernt und 10min von der mariahilfer, superduperlage.
Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, ein sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, Ventilator und ein Beamer für filme kucken.
Obowohl es Dachgeschoss ist, hat man angenehmerweise morgens die Sonne auf der Terrasse, mittags zum Glück auf der anderen Dachseite, d.h. es wird heiss, weil Wien einfach heiss ist im Sommen, aber es ist angenehm aushaltbar.
Also, bei Interesse anrufen oder gleich vorbeikommen.
