Da wir zum 1. Juli hin unsere WG auflösen und die schöne Wohnung nicht in die Fänge von Maklern , sondern an eine neue WG übergeben möchten.
Die Wohung die liegt im Neubauhof und bekommt somit keinen Straßenlärm ab. Die Nachborwohnung wird ab demnächst renoviert, jedoch hat lediglich die Küche eine Wand zu dieser. Ansonsten lebt es ziemlich entspannt und ruhig, obwohl man mitten auf de RNeubaugasse wohnt.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbiliert übergeben- die Zimmer werden ausgeräumt, aber für voll die ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) und das Wohnzimmer verlangen wir eine faire Ablöse.
Die Zimmer sind 29 , 27 und 20m2 groß, alle zum Hof ausgerichten und getrennt begehbar.
Die Adresse spricht für sich- alle 3 Tramlininien 2 Buslinien sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, U2&U3 in ca. 8 Minuten. Anonsten ist man mitten im Neubauleben drin.
