Wir ziehen aus!
Schweren Herzens verlassen wir unsere gemütliche Wohnung in Plagwitz nach 5 Jahren.
Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/in Mitte November oder eine Familie.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, eine geräumige Wohnküche und vier unterschiedlich große Zimmer. Eines davon hat sogar einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig geschnitten
Die Küche und das Sofa sollten definitiv übernommen werden.
Leider, sträubt sich der Vermiete gegen WG`s

We are moving out!
With heavy hearts we leave our cosy flat share in Plagwitz after 5 years.
We are looking for a new tenant or a family from mid November.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room and four rooms of different sizes. One of them even has a balcony.
The apartment is bright and friendly.
We will leave the kitchen and the couch here.
Unfortunately the owner doesn't want to have a WG/ flat share.
Die Gießerstraße verbindet Lindenau, Plagwitz und Kleinzschocher und schneidet Flaniermeilen wie die Karl-Heine-Straße oder die Antonienstraße fast im rechten Winkel.
Die Buslinie 60 fährt direkt vor der Haustür in Richtung Südvorstadt und weiter ins Zentrum (bayerischer Platz).
Die Tram 14 fährt von der Ecke Karl-Heine / Gießerstraße ins Zentrum und in die andere Richtung.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Supermärkte und Drogerien.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Imbiss, der schon früh geöffnet hat und Brötchen, Kaffee und ähnliches verkauft.
Internationale Restaurants sind auch nicht allzu weit weg, Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt es zur Genüge.

The Gießerstraße connects Lindenau, Plagwitz and Kleinzschocher and cuts promenades like the Karl-Heine-Straße or the Antonienstraße almost at right angles.
Bus line 60 runs directly from the front door in the direction of Südvorstadt and further into the city centre.
Tram 14 runs from the corner Karl-Heine / Gießerstraße into the city centre and in the other direction.
There are various supermarkets and drugstores in the immediate vicinity.
Directly opposite there is a snack bar, which is open early and sells rolls, coffee and the like.
International restaurants are also not too far away, there is plenty of nightlife.
Termine zur Wohnungsbesichtigung sind am besten spätnachmittags / abends oder am Wochenende möglich.
