Ich gebe meine Mietwohnung ab und suche dringend Nachmieter! 2 22m2 Zimmer, dazwischen ein kleines 13 m2 Zimmer. Die ganze Wohnung hat 74 m2, sie ist hell und ruhig, sehr gut aufgeteilt für eine 2er WG, weil alles getrennt begehbar ist, Bad und Küche sowie die anderen Räume.
Miete: 801€
Strom: etwa 40€ im Monat
Monatliche Ausgaben pro Person somit etwa 420€
Kaution: 3 MM
Achtung!
Ich lasse die Küche inkl. Kühlschrank und Esstisch (Küchentheke hat Herd, Abwasch natürlich und Geschirrspüler), Vorzimmerkästen, EInbauschrank im Kabinett, Waschmaschine und zwei Betten in der Wohnung.
Ablöse bitte 1800€, ist schon mein Notpreis ;-)
