From July 17-1.September my lovely flat will be available for a single or a couple.
It has a livingroom, kitchen with appliances, bathroom with shower, small bedroom with double bed and storage, toilet in the corridor right next to the apartment door. The apartment is in an old building and stays nice and cool even in the hot summer months. The windows are facing the yard and it is always quiet here even with open windows. The location is great for shops - Billa, Penny, Hofer, Spar and the Gasometer Shopping Center are few minutes walking distance.
Location: 3 minutes from U3 Zippererstrasse. By bike you can be in Prater in 10 and swimming in the Danube in 15 minutes. By U3 to Wien Mitte also 15 minutes, 20 min by bike.

Ps: The apartment will have all the basics you need, such as dishes, towels, cooking amenities, hot water etc, but unfortunately the sofa, the living room table, and the washing machine (that you see on the photos) will be gone.
