Vermieten unsere 4 Zimmer Wohnung für März und April

2 große Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Studierzimmer. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, Küche voll ausgestattet. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Drei der vier Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar, außer dem zweiten Schlafzimmer. 

Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett (160*200). Es gibt noch eine Doppelmatratze, die ebenfalls als Bett genutzt werden kann. 


Renting our 4 rooms appartment for march and april– Room for up to six people:

We are renting our appartment for march and april in a classical viennese "Altbau" building, which means, high ceilings, mostly parquet flooring and big rooms. 


The appartment has two bedrooms, one big and one smaller living room. Three of the rooms, can be entered seperately, only one of the bedrooms is entered through the big living room. 
All the rooms are fully furnished. Both bedrooms have a Kingsize Bed (160x200). We have also a double matrace that can be used as a bed for 2 extra people. So the appartment can fit up to 6 people. 

The smaller living room has big windows to the back yard. There is of course a fully equipped kitchen with a proper espresso machine. The bathroom has a big bathtub and bathroom and toilet are separated.
