- 1 Küchenbereich (Geschirrspüler)
- 1 Vorzimmerbereich
Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie alle meine Küchenutensilien samt Geschirr stehen euch sehr gerne zur Verfügung.

I am subrenting my very beautiful, fully-furnished flat from the 18th of September-30th of October 2015.
The flat spreads out over 47,30m2 in total and consits of
- 1 bedroom
- 1 living room (TV, Super Nintendo, wifi modem)
- 1 bathroom, toilet included (shower, washing machine)
- 1 kitchen area (dishwasher)
- 1 entrée
Bed sheets, towels as well as all my kitchen utensils and dishes are free to use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der sehr ruhigen Schulgasse im 18. Bezirk und zeichnet sich durch ihre optimale Lage aus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die charmante Währingerstraße mit sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Flanieren, Entspannen oder zum Sporteln lädt der nahe gelegene Aumannplatz sowie der Kutschermarkt und der Türkenschanzpark ein.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahnlinien 40, 41, 42, 9) erreicht man die Wiener Innenstadt in bereits 10 Minuten. Auch die U-Bahn Linien U6 (Währingerstraße, Michelbeuern AKH) sind in nur wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.

The flat is situated in the 18th district of Vienna, in a calm street and stands out for ist excellent location. The very charming shopping street Währingerstraße is reachable in a few minutes by foot. Parks, cafés and markets are located very nearby.
The very well-working public transportation system enables you to get to Vienna’s city center within 10 minutes. Tram (40, 41, 42, 9) and metro stations (U6, Währingerstraße, Michelbeuern AKH) are only some footsteps away from the flat.
Rauchen und das Halten von Haustieren sind in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
Die Gesamtkosten für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete umfasst eine Summe von 500€. Im Vorhein würde ich dich bitten, eine Kaution von 50€ zu hinterlegen.
