Since we’re going to colombia for visit my family, I rent my room from august 1 toSeptember 1. It is an old building but the apartment and my room have a mixture of modern and classic.
Since the apartment is in a classic old Viennese building, the rooms has a ceiling height of almost 4 m and a beautiful herringbone parquet. The room is very bright due to the bay window, in which you can enjoy the light of sunrise and sunset. I have a table to work and a table to invite friends to have a drink or eat something. The place is quiet, I was always able to either work or study very well. We also have an amazing garden.
It is in the 18th district where you can take eithertram (40-41)
or a 7-minutes walking is the U6 Währingerstrasse station, diagonally there is a nice restaurant and on weekends there is a little market nearby to go for a walk. Supermarkets are a 3-minute walk away (Spar-Hofer).
