Hello all those interested in my nice flat!
As I´m going to my exchange semester from February 2015 in Estonia, I want to give someone the opportunity to live in my 37 m2 big private flat. It´s located in the 10th district in the south of Vienna.
The tram station is right across the street and the city centre is only 15 to 20 minutes away. The WU is reachable within 40 minutes, the other universities in even less. Shopping facilities are in a walking distance or just one station away by tram.

Da ich ab Februar 2015 für 5 Monate mein Auslandssemester mache, möchte ich Jemandem die Möglichkeit bieten, für diese Zeit in meine schöne 37 m2 Privatwohnung zu ziehen. Sie ist im 10. Bezirk im Süden Wiens gelegen.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und im Zentrum ist man in nur 15-20 Minuten. Die WU ist ca. 40 Minuten entfernt, andere Universitäten sogar näher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar oder nur eine Station entfernt.
