I will be sub-letting my beautiful flat in Vienna's 8th district for 1 month (potentially longer, if need be) from 8 July (also flexible, as I have a spare room and we could share for the first few days of July; or might perhaps leave even earlier)
Rent = 1000€ (all included) for a fully furnished, recently renovated 2 bed (58 m2) . Super close to U3 Volkstheater (7 minute walk), tram line 46 (2 mins to stop Strozzigasse) and tram line 2 + 13A bus (1 min to stop Piaristengasse). Basically half of any culinary, shopping or going out experience worth having in Vienna is literally right around the corner. So if anything, the danger might be that you never actually leave the are ;)
It'd be very important to me to rent the space out to people willing to take very good care of it as I invested a lot of work and time in order to turn it into the gem it now is.

Ich werde meine schöne Wohnung in Wien 8. Bezirk für 1 Monat (möglicherweise länger, wenn nötig) ab 8. Juli untervermieten (auch flexibel, da ich ein Ersatzzimmer habe und wir für die ersten paar Tage im Juli teilen könnten oder ich womöglich auch schon früher weg bin).
Miete = 1000€ (alles inklusive) für eine voll möblierte, kürzlich renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (58 m2). Super nah an der U3-Station Volkstheater (7 Minuten zu Fuß), Straßenbahnlinie 46 (2 Minuten bis Haltestelle Strozzigasse) und Straßenbahnlinie 2 + 13A Bus (1 Minute bis Haltestelle Piaristengasse). Im Grunde ist die Hälfte aller kulinarischen, Shopping- oder Ausgeh-Erlebnisse, die es in Wien zu machen gibt, buchstäblich um die Ecke. Die Gefahr besteht also eher darin, dass man das Viertel nie wirklich verlässt ;)
Es wäre mir sehr wichtig, die Wohnung an Leute zu vermieten, die sich gut darum kümmern, da ich viel Arbeit und Zeit investiert habe, um sie zu dem tollen Zuhause zu machen, das sie jetzt ist.
