da wir im Sommer Praktikum in Deutschland machen suchen wir nette Zwischenmieter für unsere typische wiener Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung hat zwei helle 25m² große Zimmer. Beide sind komplett möbliert. In jedem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett, ein Schrank, ein großer Schreibtisch und eine gemütliche Couch.
Außerdem bleiben die Zimmer trotz des heißen Sommesr in Wien, immer angenehm kühl, so dass man gut schlafen kann. ;)
Zu der Wohnung gehört eine gemütliche Wohnküche und ein großes Bad.Die Toilette ist separat. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Internet.

-each room is equipped with a kingsize bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a sofa

Da wir unmittelbar an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen sind, 43er Straßenbahn, Bus 10A und S-bahn kommt man überall schnell hin. Man ist in 15 Minuten am Schottentor und 20 Minuten am Stephansplatz. Zum schönen Türkenschanzpark braucht man nur 10 Minuten. Zudem sind verschiedene Supermärkte (Hofer, Billa, Lidl....), Apotheke, Bäcker, Bank und Post in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn du auch gerne dein Gemüse auf Märkten einkaufst, gibt es den Brunnenmarkt nicht weit entfernt, direkt neben dem hippen Yppenplatz mit seinen Cafés.

Different puplic transport stations are just around the corner. The citycenter is just 15 minutes away by train. You can easily walk to some supermarkets, the pharmacy and the postoffice. The trendy Yppenplatz with a lot of restaurants and cafés is very close, too.
In den 690 Euro ist schon alles inkludiert. Internet, Strom.....
