Firstly, apologies for only speaking in English, my German is still not that good. I would gladly speak with anyone if German is required, but you might have to give me some time with my terrible German.

1 Room (8 m^2) for rent in a 4 Person Shared Student Apartment in complex right behind Museums Quartier. It is on the ground floor, allowing your window to be right at street level.

It is a non-smoking and non-pet apartments. There is also no subletting if you take the contract.

There is two bathrooms, (one with shower) , which comes fully furnished, with washing machine as well. The bedrooms are all furnished with a bunk bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all utensils, plates, and cooking materials. All utilities are all included as well.

Also a common courtyard, with a few trees, places to park your bikes, and a table and bench if you want to be outside.

I would heavily recommend this apartment to someone coming to Wien with the idea of being social, or of meeting new people. This complex is full of students and people ages 18-30, so it has a very social environment with the other apartments in the complex.

If you do end up living here, here's the 3 roommates you'll have

First contestant - Jasper , 23 year old Wien Diplomatic Academy student. Coming from London, England. Very social person, one of my best friends in Wien. Easygoing dude who loves history, one fault is he somehow thinks the best food in Europe is in England. Also wants to be a chef one day, so even if you're not friends with the guy, you'll get to try some amazing food from him (but It'll never be english food if you notice).

Gawhar - a 30 year old Doctor coming from Afghanistan. Is gone most of the time, but super friendly and funny when she is here. All I can say is whatever language is your native, this woman probably speaks it.

Joachim - an 18 year old Physics student. Very sociable as well, and together this creates a good community for a shared WG. This would be a WG that has a community together, with making meals, inviting and mixing friend groups, and doing things together outside of the apartment.

The languages of the apartment are English and German. Gawhar and Joachim are both fluent speakers of both, with Jasper (hopefully) being able to speak English and is now studying German.
It can be rented for shorter periods but they do prefer people on a 6 month+ range
