Charming Altbau in the second district of Vienna. 65m² and perfect for a couple!
Expirience Vienna like a local.
We have been living here for 4 years and really had no issues :) the neighbours are nice and stay to themselves, the area feels safe and its not on a busy street, so hardly any cars. Theres two big rooms (25m² each) one the bedroom with open clothing rail as wardrobe and closed drawers, the bed (200cmX 180cm) and a desk work area.
The other one is the living dining space with a big couch that can serve as a guest bed (bedding available) and in case of two people staying over it can convert into a double, a big 180cm dining table, a really nice Stereo system with records, a record player and lots of books and plants to discover :)
Then there is a entry room with a window, storage for shoes and coats, a bench and a big mirror. The toilet has a window also and storage for toilet paper. The bathroom is small but i actually come to like it (really easy to clean :) ) it has a washing machine, sink, mirror with storage and a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen has a midseized fridge with three compartment freezer, has oven, three gas cooking tops, a sink, a dishwasher and lots of storage and a window that lets nice light in in the mornings.
Charming Altbau in the second district of Vienna. 5min from the Amusement Park Würstelprater and the big beautiful green park Prater yet only in 10min with the metro in the first district! The U2 is 2min from the front door and the U1 6min. The Donauinsel is also located close and easily reachabke with the U2. 10min walk away or one station with U1 or U2 is the Trainstation Praterstern (heres also a gricery store which is open sundays and holidays).
Theres a market “vorgarten markt” roght up the street with a beloved neapolitan Pizzaria, Ramen bar as well as meat, fish vendor and vegtable grocers. Each Saturday theres a farmers market with local goods.
Besides this there is also a grocery store 5min walk away and 4 others in a 10min distance. A pub 5 min down the street. The WU and SFU Campus is about 10min away with library coffe shops and lits of student friendly restaurants.
A couple or single Person would be a great fit. Anyone welcome who is respectful :)
I am gone on Erasmus to spain from August to February and am looking for someone to sublet me and my boyfriends home. Inspite if me not being in the country I have lots of damiky in friends who are willing to step in in case you need something or to deliver Keys :)
