Ich vermiete meine geliebte Wohnung kurzfristig von Dez-Mitte März unter, nachdem ich ein Auslandspraktikum mache. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, sehr hell und groß. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, einen geräumigen Wohn-Küchenbereich und eine Terasse. Alle Möbelstücke und Einrichtungsgegenstände stehen, wie auf den Fotos, zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist im Preis ein Garagenplatz inkludiert, sowie Wlan, Strom und Gas. Basic wie Öl, Salz, Klopapier usw. werde ich Zur Verwendung drinnen lassen, dafür hätte ich gerne einmal 80€.
Ich erwarte mir eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, die auf die Gegenstände acht gibt und eine offene Kommunikation lebt. Ich, sowie der Besitzer der Wohnung wird in Kontakt mit dir stehen.

I rent out my beloved apartment at short notice from Dec-Mitte of March due to an internship abroad. The apartment is fully furnished, very bright and large. There is a bedroom, a study, a spacious living-kitchen area and a terrace. All furniture and furnishings are available, as in the photos. In addition, a garage space, Wifi, heating and electricity ins in the price included. I will leave basics like oil, salt, toilet paper etc. in my flat for use, therefore I want 80€ once when moving in.
