Die Wohnung ist 60m2 groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Das Schlafzimmer liegt in den Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und liegt versteckt in einer Nische im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine Badewanne im Bad. Im eigenen Schrankraum ist genug Platz für viel Kleidung. Waschküche mit Trockner ist im Keller und sehr einfach zu bedienen.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert übergeben.
The apartment is 60m2 and very well cut. The bedroom faces the courtyard and is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is hidden in an alcove in the living room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. In the own closet space is enough space for a lot of clothes. Laundry room with dryer is in the basement and very easy to use.
