Hallo :) da wir für einen Monat verreisen, vermieten wir unsere sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung für diese Zeit. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit schönen Dielenboden und hohen Decken. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, verfügt über eine Küche mit Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer, sowie einem Schlaf- und Gästezimmer mit Balkon.
Die Nebenkosten bestehen aus Strom+Gas (125€) + Internet (25€)
In nur 5 min bist du am Bahnhof oder in 10 min in der Innenstadt. Rund herum befinden sich jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein Kino ist direkt um die Ecke.
