Die Wohnung liegt perfekt direkt an der Klarenthaler Strasse, aber im Hinterhaus, also absolut ruhig. Es sind zwei Zimmer, ein Durchgangszimmer - folglich eher schlecht für eine WG. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und WC mit einem Fenster zum Innenhof. In der Küche wäre evtl. noch Platz für einen Tisch.
Ich suche schnellstmöglich Nachmieter(in), da ich beruflich in eine andere Stadt ziehen muss.
Da ich selbst den Nachmieter suche fällt dadurch keine Provision an.
Meine Warmmiete mit Strom, Wasser und Heizung war 480 € mtl und ich hatte keine Nachzahlung.
Die Wohnung liegt ca 2km vom Bahnhof und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist keine 2min entfernt.
