Im Kellergeschoß befinden sich außerdem Fahrradkeller und Wäschetrockenraum für allgemeine Benutzung. Die Whg. ist mit Doppelfenstern ausgestattet. Die Doppel-Fenster haben Isolierglas. Die WG hat eigene Strom-u. Gasverträge mit den Stadtwerken Wismar, Internet etc mit den entsprechenden Versorgern.
Die Stadtvilla liegt in der Altstadt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und hat insgesamt noch 5 Mietparteien. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes Wohnen und Leben möglich. Großflächige Parkplätze befinden sich g'rad um die Ecke. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m nah, der Marktplatz in 2 Minuten erreichbar und der Bahnhof ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles innerhalb von '5-Fußminuten-Bereich'.
Sonstige Kosten: Diese sonstigen Kosten ( Strom, Heizung , Warmwasser, Internet, ev. Haftpflicht u.Wohnraumversicherung) sind vom individuellen Verbrauch abhängig und belaufen sich auf ca. 330 € / Mo, so daß bei 3 Mietern auf jeden ein Anteil von ca. 110 € entfällt. Und sind ebenfalls auf das WG-Konto zu zahlen.
