Die Wohnung liegt im DG, ist sehr hell und hat einen großen Balkon. Eine Küche kann, muss aber nicht übernommen werden. Die Wohnung wird mit WBS an 2 Personen oder an eine behinderte Person mit WBS vermietet. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, das Bad auch behindertengerecht, im Haus ist ein Aufzug , der auch in den Keller fährt. Die Küche ist offen zum Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich. Die Wohnung kann man ab 1.Juli, 1. August oder 15.August spätestens mieten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Bushaltestelle 1 Minute entfernt, Supermärkte wie Aldi und Edeka zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ein Kindergarten ist in direkter Nähe, die Grundschule auch nicht weit.
Telefonisch bin ich abends um 20 Uhr gut zu erreichen.
Die Küche kann, muss aber nicht übernommen werden.
