Schöne Wohnung mit großer und gemütlicher Wohnküche direkt am Ringpark verfügbar.
Da ich ausziehe, lasse ich einige Möbel in der Wohnung, worüber wir gerne sprechen können. Die Wohnung geht zum Hof raus und ist dementsprechend ruhig, auch in der Nacht.
Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt, so dass es niemals zu Stau kommt ;-)
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann und lädt dazu ein, sich am Herd auszutoben oder Freunde zu einem Glas Wein einzuladen. Das große Dachbodenabteil darf auch gerne genutzt werden.

Von der Wohnung aus sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und mit dem Bus 10 Minuten zur Universität am Hubland. Zum Supermarkt läuft man ebenfalls maximal zwei Minuten, zwei Minuten zum Bäcker und zur Apotheke und Fahrradstellplätze befinden sich direkt am Haus.
