Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Maulhardgasse, nähe Kaufhof. Zur Uni am Wittelsbacher Platz, zur Uni am Hubland und zur Uni am Sanderring kommt man mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad ebenfalls schnell und ohne Probleme.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kupsch, Penny, mehrere Bäcker, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen
Minuten erreichbar.
