Hallo,
unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 60qm) wird ab 1.6.24 frei. Der Eingangsbereich bietet eine Art Balkon/Wintergarten. Zudem gibt es eine vom Haus gemeinsam benutzte Terasse zum Grillen etc.
Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und jeder Raum hat mindestens ein Fenster.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Kühlschrank.
Ein Keller ist nicht vorhanden.
Die Lage ist perfekt. 1 Minute zur Haltestelle Neubaustraße, von der die meisten Straßenbahnlinien abfahren. In die Innenstadt (zB Dom) läuft man 7 min.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die alte Uni ist 1 min zu Fuß entfernt, zur neuen Uni braucht man 8 min.
Zum Main läuft man 4 min.
Die Wohnung soll an ein Paar oder maximal an eine 2er-WG vermietet werden - am liebsten an Personen, die auch längerfristig in der Wohnung bleiben möchten.
Für ein paar Möbel und z.B. die Waschmaschine hätten wir gerne eine Ablöse von 650€.
