The apartment is nicely bright and well cut. The two rooms are of approximately 19 square meters and about 17 square meters relatively equal size. The apartment has a kitchen that we would like to hand over to a rental agent. Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious hall where you can hang up your laundry and a basement compartment. The apartment does not have a storage chamber, but in the hall is a spacious closet that offers plenty of storage space.
On the balcony of the apartment you can relax nicely in summer or even learn more.
Both the hubland and the city centre and the university building are easily accessible from the apartment. Also the station is either walking in approx. 15 minutes or by bus quickly reached.

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und gut geschnitten. Die beiden Zimmer sind mit ca. 19 qm und ca. 17 qm relativ gleich groß. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, die wir gerne an eine/n Nachmieter/in übergeben würden. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über einen geräumigen Flur, in dem man zum Beispiel gut seine Wäsche aufhängen kann und ein Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung verfügt über keine Abstellkammer, jedoch ist im Flur ein geräumiger Schrank, der reichlich Stauraum bietet.
Auf dem Balkon der Wohnung kann man sich im Sommer schön entspannen oder auch das Lernen etc. hierher verlegen.
Von der Wohnung aus sind sowohl das Hubland als auch die Innenstadt und die Universitätsgebäude gut zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist entweder zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten oder auch mit dem Bus schnell erreicht.
