Stock, sehr hell, komplett möbliert mit allem was man braucht (voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ceranfeld und Ofen, Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine) und liegt sehr zentral. Strabahaltestelle Rathaus/Neubaustrasse fast direkt vor der Tür, Lidl, Kupsch, Bäcker, Friseur, Apotheke usw. alles in direkter Umgebung vorhanden. Sehr Uni und FH nah (Sanderuni 10 min zu Fuss, Jura BIB max 5)
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, eines davon ist jedoch ein Durchgangszimmer und eines relativ klein und deswegen vor allem für Paare aber auch für 2er Wgs geeignet. Die Gesamtkosten von 660 Euro ist inklusive Heizung, Telefon- und DSL-Flat (WLan) also wirklich komplett alles.
