ich biete hier eine super tolle 3-Zimmerwohnung in der DU eine WG gründen könntest. Ideal sind neben der gehobenen Ausstattung (Laminat in Echtholzoptik, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, tolle neuwertige Küche)auch die Lage der Wohnung.
Direkt in der Altstadt nahe am Berliner Ring.
In 2 Minuten seid ihr in der Altstadt, am Bahnhof und auch die Uniklinik ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ihr wohnt in idealer fußläufiger Entfernung zu den Ausgehmeilen von Würzburg. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig und die anderen Mieter im Haus ebenfalls hauptsächlich junge Menschen. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls ein echt netter Mensch und wohnt nicht im Haus.
