Hallo,
da ich ab April für 4 1/2 Monate ein Praktikum im Ausland mache suche ich einen Zwischenmieter/-in für meine Wohnung. Sie verfügt über ein großes Zimmer das als Schlaf- und Wohnraum genutzt werden kann, sowie eine große Wohnküche, weshalb es eher eine 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung ist. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Meine Möbel würde ich in der Wohnung lassen. Dazu gehören:
- eine große Schlafcouch
- eine kleinere Couch in der Küche
- ein Esstisch
- Balkonmöbel
- ein paar Regale
- ein 140 x 200 cm großes Bett
- sowie Schrank, Schreibtisch und Kommode
Falls ihr Interesse habt könnt ihr euch gerne bei mir melden, gerne auch Paare!
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende des Semmelstraße in der Nähe des Theaters, sehr zentral. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in nächster Umgebung (Aldi, DM, Apotheke, Bäcker). Sehr gute Anbindung zum Bus der ans Hubland (Universität) fährt.
