Bei uns im 3-Parteien Haus ist ab 1.11. eine kleine kinderfreundliche 3-Zi. Wohnung (65 qm) zu vermieten. Es handelt sich um einen unsanierten Altbau. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Wir (1, 4, 4, 7, 32, 39, 43) suchen bevorzugt kontaktfreudige Mieter mit Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 8 Jahre. Die Küche soll von den Vormietern abgelöst werden. Günstige Miete. Die Kaltmiete samt Hausnebenkosten beträgt 390 Euro, zur Zeit wird eine Pauschale für Gas und Strom von monatlich 170 Euro gezahlt -> warm also ca. 560 Euro.
