Ab Juli lösen wir schweren Herzens unsere WG auf. Wer eine WG sucht oder neu gründen möchte kann jetzt gerne zuschlagen:
Zimmer 1: ca 13qm
Zimmer 2: ca 20qm
Flur mit Garderobe, kleines Bad mit Fenster und Dusche und relativ große Küche, unser „WG-Wohnzimmer“.
Nach Renovierung waren wir der Erstbezug.
Was uns besonders gefallen hat: die Lage der Wohnung. Die Kolpingstraße ist eine ruhige Seitengasse mitten in der Altstadt. Zum Barbarossaplatz/ Juliuspromenade ist man in unter einer Minute gelaufen. Von hier hat man Anschluss zu fast allen wichtigen Busverbindungen sowie Einstiegsmöglichkeiten in alle Straßenbahnlinien. Die Uni (egal welche Fakultät) ist also sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist alles was man zum Leben (und mehr) braucht im Umkreis von wenigen Metern. Aldi, Kupsch, DM, Müller, Denn's, McDonalds.... zahlreiche Restaurants, Kneipen, Clubs (wir sehnen das Ende von Corona herbei) und so weiter. Auch zum Main ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Zentraler kann man eigentlich kaum wohnen.
