Hallo,
diese kleine aber feine zwei Zimmer Wohnung ist ab 1. Mai frei.
Folgende Möbel können übernommen werden:
Küche
Bett
Kleiderschrank
Leider ist es kein Tageslichtbad, aber im sehr guten Zustand.
Mit den Nachbarn hatten wir nie Probleme, auch wenn es mal sehr spät wurde.
Wir mussten durch die gute Dämmung in diesem Winter selten Mal heizen.
Bei den 450€ ist alles dabei, nur Internet muss eingerichtet werden.
Die super Anbindung an die Buslinie ermöglicht einen entspannten Weg zur Uni und in die Stadt. (in 3 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle Zollhaus-Galgenberg; 14, 114, 214 und 28)Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine riesen Freifläche, die zum Grillen einlädt. Außerdem findet man immer einen Parkplatz. (Stellplatz kann dazu gemietet werden)
Es kann jeder einziehen: Single, WG oder Pärchen.
