Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Heimgarten 10-15min mit dem Fahrrad zur Innenstadt. Parken ist tagsüber kein Problem, am Abend kann es voller werden, 1min Fußweg zur Buslinie 28 (15min Innenstadt), 5min Fußweg zur Buslinie 20/26 (10min Innenstadt), Aldi, Real und ein türkischer Lebensmittelladen (10min Fußweg).

Nachbarn sind freundlich. Studenten-WGs und Alteingesessene gemischt.

Die Außenfassade wurde vor wenigen Jahren gestrichen und das Hausdach sowie die Fenster komplett erneuert.

Die Nebenkosten teilen sich ungefähr so auf: 196 € Strom&Gas (stark schwankend zuvor lange Zeit stabil 128€), 125 € Betriebskosten. Sie können den Energieversorger natürlich auch wechseln.
