Ich suche eine/n ZwischenmieterIn für mein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG (wir sind beide weiblich, Mitte 20) in Gerbrunn. Die Zimmergröße beträgt 13,9 Quadratmeter; der Raum wird bei der Übergabe unmöbliert und weiß gestrichen sein.
Die Wohnung (ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Balkon, Internet, Abstellraum, Kellerabteil, privater Parkplatz) liegt nur 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle (Paul-Ehrlich-Straße) entfernt.
Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Das Mietverhältnis ist befristet. (01.11.2015 bis 01.10.2016)
Zu Fuß sind Norma (5 Min), Lidl (15 Min), Aldi (20 Min), Rewe (20 Min) erreichbar. Die Fahrt zu den Fakultäten am Hubland dauert etwa 6 Minuten; bis zum Bahnhof ist der Bus etwa 20 Minuten unterwegs.
