Hallo! :)
Ich hab eine schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung gefunden und suche nun 2 neue Mitbewohner. (ab 1.3.
nach Absprache auch etwas früher oder später)
Die Wohnung wird ab ca. 15.2. frei, danach kann sie auch besichtigt werden. Dusche, WC und Waschbecken werden bis dahin neu installiert.
Sie liegt im Stadtteil Grombühl nähe Unikliniken und is ingesamt 90! qm groß.
Straba- Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke, Pizza-Service 2 Häuser weiter ;), ebenso Premiere- Sportsbar..Burger King, Real.. weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit der Straba bist du in 5 min. am Bahnof und in 10 min. in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten bei den Weinbergen.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein Kellerabteil ein Gärtchen zur Mitbenutzung. Eine EBK ist schon drin, 2 Kühlschränke und 2 Herde! Bad mit Fenster, Dusche und Badewanne, WC separat.
Im Preis sind jeweils NK, Gas/Strom, Internet-Telefonflat enthalten.
Unschlagbar: Kaution nur 170 €! Haustiere wären evtl. erlaubt.
Kostenloses Parken vor dem Haus; Nichtraucher bevorzugt.
Das erste Zimmer hat 15 qm und kostet alles inkl. ca. 235€
Das zweite hat 21 qm und kostet 265 €
