Hallo, wegen Studienortswechsel suchen wir Nachmieter für unsere große, helle Wohnung mit toller Ausicht auf Würzburg, die Festung und die Weinberge (direkt vor der Tür). Die Wohnung hat drei etwa gleich große Zimmer (ca. 20 m²) einen großen Flur. Bad mit Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche. In 7 min ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Brücknerstraße zu erreichen. In etwa 5 min Kupsch, Norma, versch. Bäcker und Apotheken. Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Die Wohnung ist absolut WG geeignet. Ein weitere Pluspunkt ist die altbautypische Deckenhöhe. Die Weinberge hat man direkt vor der Tür. In den Nebenkosten ist Strom und Gas nicht enthalten. Alles in allem belaufen sich unsere Kosten im Moment auf ungefär 500 im Monat(inkl. Internet und Telefon). Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen
