ich suche zum 01.11.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in Grombühl.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer plus eine getrennte Küche. Wegen Durchgangszimmer ist die Wohnung leider nicht WG-tauglich, aber perfekt für Pärchen oder auch eine einzelne Person.
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 370 Euro (305€KM+65€NK). Gas und Strom sind direkt an die Stadtwerk zu zahlen. Ich selbst zahle monatlich 95 Euro dafür.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig am Anfang von Grombühl gelegen. Sie hat eine gute Lage zum öffentlichen Busverkehr. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 6 Minuten zum Fuß entfernt. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befinden sich sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Kupsch, Norma, Bäckerei und Konditorei, sowie Apotheken).
Möbel (inklusiv Schreibtisch, Bücherregale, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Lampe, usw.) und Eine Einbauküche (mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und Herd, Waschmaschine) sollen übernommen werden.
