Unsere 2-Zi Wohnung (ca. 55 m2) wird ab 01.03 frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und besteht aus folgenden Einheiten:
•Zwei helle Zimmer (ca. 20 m2 und ca. 15 m2)
•Eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit EBK (ca. 2. J alt), ca. 10 m2 •Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinen-Anschluss
•Toilette (getrennt)
•Ein Abstellraum auf dem Dach
•Moderne sparsame Gas-Etagenheizung (erst vor 1 J. ausgetauscht)
Kaltmitte : 450 € (kalt) + 55 € (NK) + Strom/Gas je nach Verbrauch (direkt über Anbieter)
Kaution: 2 KM
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Würzburg, Stadtteil Heidingsfeld (Mitte). Straßenbahn- (Linie 3 und 5) und Bushaltestellen (Linie 16, 34, 31 …) sind in 2 min. (Klingenstrasse) od. 5 min (Reuterstrasse) erreichbar, ca. 12 min. bis zum Sanderring oder ca. 15-17 min zur Stadtmitte. Bzw. in 20-25 min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Norma, Kupsch, Sparkasse, Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Neubert, Apotheke, Drogerie, Buchladen, NKD usw. sind in ca. 2-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Main-Ufer mit Wander- und Fahrradwegen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Also, noch etwas wichtiges. Wir sind die Eigentümer (jung und freundlich) und daher müssen Sie keine Provision zahlen.
Was wir sehr an den Mietern schätzen ist Verlässlichkeit, Unkompliziertheit, Ordentlichkeit, Respekt zu den Mitmenschen (keine laute Partys nach 22:00). Rauchen in der Wohnung ist äußerst UNerwünscht.
