Evtl. wird das Badezimmer noch renoviert, der Einzugstermin wäre dann 15.03. od. 01.04.2014.
Würzburg ist über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wohnhaus. Höchberg zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Infrastruktur aus. Eine sehr gute Versorgung, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Präsenz zahlreicher Ärzte (Allgemeinmedizin, Zahn-, Augen-, Hautärzte usw.)ist gewährleistet.
