Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten und sanierten Altbau in der 4. Etage und ist sehr hell. Es sind 4 Zimmer, 1 Wohnküche, 1 hell gefliestes Bad mit Dusche + Fenster.
Im Hausflur ist ein Abstellraum mit Anschluss für 1 Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch Dach wo man die Wäsche aufhängen kann.
Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich 1 Bäcker, ein Kiosk, Kneipen sowie Supermärkte, die Fuß gut erreichbar sind.
Zudem ist man fußläufig innerhalb von 10min. in der Innenstadt.
Mehrere Bushaltestelle befinden sich fast vor der Tür. Eine Buslinie (645) fährt durch bis zur Universität. Die Trasse zum Fahrradfahren ist in wenige als 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und trenne mich schweren Herzens von Ihr!
Zu der Kaltmiete+ Nebenkosten kommen noch Kosten für Strom und Gas nach verbrauch.
