Meine große und zentrale 4-Zimmer Wohnung im Kreis 3 (Wiedikon) sucht im Zeitraum 15.11.2023 bis 31.01.2024 einen oder zwei Untermieter, da ich selbst im Ausland sein werde.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer, Ankleidezimmer) und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt:
- Spülmaschine
- Waschmaschine
- Zwei Boxspringbetten
- Zwei große Kleiderschränke
- Ein großes Sofa
- Beamer mit Leinwand und Hifi System
- Balkon
- Kleine Workout-Station
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von zwei Bahnhöfen, sowie vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer zeigt zum Hinterhof und ist daher nachts sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut isoliert und daher warm und ruhig.
Ich habe leider selbst keinen eigenen Parkplatz, den ich dem Untermieter zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Die Untermiete ist grundsätzlich auf Wochenbasis möglich. Interessenten für eine längere Mietdauer werden bevorzugt.

My large and central 4-room apartment in district 3 (Wiedikon) is looking for one or two subtenants in the period from November 15th, 2023 to January 31th, 2024, as I will be abroad myself.
The apartment has 4 rooms (living room, bedroom, guest room, dressing room) and is fully equipped with everything you need:
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Two box spring beds
- Two large wardrobes
- A big couch
- Projector with screen and hi-fi system
- balcony
- Small workout station
The apartment is located in a very quiet side street and is only a few minutes' walk from two train stations and many shops and restaurants. The bedroom faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet at night. Overall, the house is very well insulated and therefore warm and quiet.
Unfortunately, I don't have my own parking space that I could make available to the subtenant. Subletting is generally possible on a weekly basis. Interested parties for a longer rental period are preferred.
