Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau mit hohen Räumen, Parkett und Stuck, ein echtes Bijou. Sie hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, eine grosse Küche, Bad und WC sind getrennt. Ich bin sehr gut eingerichtet, es macht Spass hier zu wohnen. Weber Grill, 75 Zoll Fernseher, super bequemes Sofa, grosse Küche mit allem, was es braucht, superschnellem Internet, ruhige Nachbarn, Waschturm in der Wohnung....
Der Betrag unter "sonstige Kosten" ist für die Putzfee (ca. CHF 100.-).
Nähe Unispital, ETH, Uni, Central und Hauptbahnhof.
Wir sind fast überall schnell zu Fuss, falls nicht: Tramstation ist vor der Haustür (6, 7, 15), der HB ist in Gehdistanz.
Es wäre auch möglich, nur ein Zimmer zu mieten, zum halben Preis, ich würde dann an 3 Wochen in dem Zeitraum ebenfalls dort wohnen.
