- nur 5 Wohnparteien
- alle anderen Stockwerke sind Büroräume
- Fahrstuhl
- jedes Zimmer hat min. 1 Fenster
- begehbarer Kleiderschrank und Abstellkammer
- Haustiere erlaubt
- Zentral gelegen, zur FH 8 min. und zur Haltstelle Neumarkt 3 min
- Laminat neuwertig
- Möbel nach Abspreche übernehmbar
Es gibt keinen Hacken...
Ich muss mich leider verkleiner, da ich mir die Wohnung nicht mehr leisten kann....
Suche dem Nachmieter ab Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni
