Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere sehr schöne, zentrale Wohnung in Zwickau.
Die Wohnung ist super für eine 2er oder 3er WG geeignet. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen - man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist der Balkon sehr schön ruhig, da er zum Innenhof zeigt. Die Park-Situation ist auch super entspannt, es gibt Bewohner Parkplätze und auch einige kostenlose Parkplätze um die Ecke.
Gerne würde ich einige Möbel abgeben, das könnte man aber in einem persönlichen Gespräch genauer klären. Die Küche bleibt aber auf jeden Fall da.
Besichtigung ist jeder Zeit möglich.
